Carter, Norma C. Age 84, of Eagan. Preceded in death by husband, William and son, James. Survived by sons, Jeffrey (Mallee), Paul and Dean (Sharon); daughter, Diane Carter; 4 grandchildren, Sarah, Aaron, Rachel and Laura; brother, Gordon (Joyce) Swenson. Service Thursday, 12 noon, Lebanon Lutheran Church, 36th St. & 21st Ave S., Mpls. Visitation one hour before service. Interment Ft. Snelling.
