Age 90, of Mpls., died Tuesday, October 2, 2012. She is survived by her sons, Daniel L. Galles (Kathryn) of Reno, NV, and Duane L.C.M. Galles of Mpls; grandchildren: Ryan (Carey) of So. Lake Tahoe, CA, Angela (Blaine) of Reno, and Benjamin (Katie) of Reno; great-grandchildren: Austin, Cameron, Quinton, Reid, Rielly and Daniel; sisters: Jane (Dave) Williams of Lakeville, Lola Retka of Little Falls, Erma Ogren of Springfield, MO, and brother, Earl Mealman of Republic, MO. A former nurse and Daughter of the American Revolution and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, she died peacefully after a long battle with cancer. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 24th St. and 17th Ave., Mpls. at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, 6 Oct. with visitation in the narthex of the church 1 hour before the funeral. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials to the American Cancer Society.
