Shandley, Nancy J. (Mitzuk), age 71, of Hastings, passed away peacefully Monday, June 10, 2019 at United Hospital in St. Paul. She is survived by her daughter, Kelsey; grandchildren, Javen and Kian; sisters, Judy (Robert) Wittnebel; and Diane (Peter) Likes; nieces, nephews, and her best friend, Buzzy. Private Family Services will be held at a later date.
