Age 70 of South Minneapolis, born Aug. 2, 1944 in Eau Claire, WI to Thomas and Irene Dillon, went to be with the Great Fisherman in the sky, May 17, 2015. Michael proudly served in the US Army during Vietnam. He will be dearly missed by his sisters: Jeanne (Steve) Bakke, Patricia (Thomas) Moran and Deb (Tom) Lewnau; nieces & nephews: Joe, Chris, Angie, Mindy, Dave, Amy, Shelly and Katie; many great-nieces and nephews and one great-great-nephew, and many other family and friends. Visitation, 6-8pm, Friday, May 22 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. Funeral service, 11:00am, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Minnehaha Communion Lutheran Ch., 4101 37th Ave. S., Mpls., with visitation one hour before. Michael will be laid to rest with his parents at Acacia Park Cemetery in Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made.
