Michael J. Wardell

Michael J. Wardell age 58 of Hastings passed away at the VA Hospital in Minneapolis on Tuesday November 11, 2008. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michele Wardell; grandson, Cody Wardell-Hudson; his father, Donald Wardell and his brother, Stanley Lufi. Michael is survived by his of wife, Teresa Wardell of Hastings; his children, Christina Wardell of Prior Lake; Michael John Wardell Jr. (Nikki) of Jordan; Jessica Wardell of Hastings; and Amanda Wardell of Hastings; his mother, Jeannie Wardell of Brooklyn Center; grandchildren, Shakari Hagadorn; Kendra Wardell; and Chance Wardell; siblings, Darlene Erickson of Two Harbors; David Erickson of Red Wing; Terri (Cliff) Haas of Welch; and Steven Lufi of Northfield; other relatives and friends. A Visitation will be held Saturday (11/15) from 10:00 - 12 noon at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. Private Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
