Funeral service Monday, August 10, 2009 at 12 noon in Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN with his visitation one hour prior to the service in the Mortuary. Mike is preceded in death by grandparents and survived by his son, Michael Allan Palm III; parents, Linda and Michael Palm; brothers, Jeremy, Eric, Christopher, and Adam Palm; sister, Stephanie (Jon) Coan; aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and many loved ones.
