age 69 of Mpls., died peacefully in her sleep on May 1, 2015. Merrie was born in St. Peter, MN on Aug. 6, 1945. She went to school in LeSuer, MN and was married to Ronald, May 29, 1965. Merrie loved to knit, cook, work on Suduko books, crossword puzzles in the newspaper and travel. She was employed at Honeywell and was a travel agent for Cruises & Vacations Travel. She is survived by her husband of 50 amazing years, Ronald Rheaume; brothers-in-law, Jerry and Tom; sister-in-law, Charleen; cousins, Wayne and Bruce Jensen; and adopted grandchildren, Jessica and RJ. She is preceded in death by parents Victor & Virginia Johnson; father-in-law, Kenneth; mother-in-law, Charlotte; and many aunts & uncles. Funeral service, Tuesday, May 12, 2015, 11:00 AM at Faith Ev. Luth. Church, 3430 E. 51st., Mpls. Visitation one hour before service at the church. Interment Ft. Snelling. Memorials preferred to St. Joseph Home for Children or a food shelf of your choice in Hennepin Co.
