Mason J. Lenz

Mason James Lenz, age 25, of Hastings, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

Mason was born on May 17, 1999 to Sirena Lenz and Steve Norquist.

Mason will be deeply missed by his mother, Sirena Lenz; father, Steve Norquist (step-mother, Sarah Norquist); siblings, Jameson, Hazel, Ethan, Beau Lenz, Derrick and Veronica Steinke, Annabel and Allister Norquist, along with extended family and friends.

Mason was a talkative and kind-hearted soul whose infectious laugh brightened every room he entered. His warmth and generosity left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025 from 9 am to 11 am at Resurrection United Methodist Church of Hastings, 615 15th St W, Hastings, MN 55033, with a funeral service immediately following the visitation.

A Celebration of Life and Reception will be held immediately following the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Resurrection United Methodist Church, Rise Up Recovery, Every Third Saturday, or a charity of your choosing in Mason’s name.
