Mary K. Mcgraw

Mary K. McGraw, age 69, of Hastings, passed away August 9, 2017, at United Hospital in St. Paul. She was born on December 23, 1947 to Frank and Eloise Dunn in Waseca, Minnesota. She graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1965. On December 29, 1967 she married James McGraw at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in North Mankato. Mary delighted in staying home to raise her children. She adored her grandchildren and put her family above all. She loved cooking and crafting and had an amazing sense of humor and was always full of mischief! She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Daniel Dunn; infant son, James Patrick McGraw, Jr. Mary is survived by her husband of 49 years, Jim McGraw; children, Kellie (Dewey) Kimmes; Sean (Jeane) McGraw; Ryan (Robin) McGraw; Brent (Kristi) McGraw; Kevin (Danielle) McGraw; 17 loving grandchildren; sisters, Caroline (Dave) McCormick; Kathy Williams. Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Fr. Terry Beeson, will be held, Monday (8/14) 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 23995 Nicolai Ave., Miesville. A visitation will be held Sunday (8/13) from 4:00-8:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to mass, all at church. Interment will take place on Wednesday (8/16) at 11:15 a.m. at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Assembly Area 4.
