Martin J. Manovich

Martin J. �Manna� Manovich, age 57 of Hastings died January 25, 2011. Martin was born August 9, 1953 in Gary, IN to Martin Sr. and Ann (Pesuit) Manovich. Marty was a 1971 graduate of Hastings High School. He was a veteran who served his country from 1972-1975 at Ft. Carson, CO. He had worked as a handyman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, music and motorcycles. Along with a love of all of the outdoors and its creatures, he especially liked taking walks with his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents and his four legged companions Harry, Duke, and Rusty. Martin is survived by his significant other Jody Beltz; brothers Bruce (Cindy) Manovich and Jack (Elaine) Manovich all of Hastings; his beloved pets, Bubba and Frisco; also many other relatives and friends. The Memorial Service, officiated by Fr. James Perkl will be held 10am Saturday, January 29, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 Fifteenth St. West, Hastings with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Interment with military honors provided by the Hastings VFW Lyle Russell Post #1210 will follow. Martin was taken from us too soon.
