Marjorie J. Travis

Marjorie was born on February 7, 1923 in Platner, Colorado to Ernest and Myrtle (Bany) Eggers. She married Carl R. Travis on August 11, 1947 in Caledonia, MN. She was preceded by her parents, husband Carl, and son Kevin. Marjorie is survived by her daughter Carla Travis of Prescott; sister Duthiel Pinke of Prescott; and brother Dwight Eggers of Cuba City, WI. The Funeral Service will be held at 11am Monday, January 14, 2008 at ST. JOHN�S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 202 W. 8th St., in Hastings. The interment will follow in Pine Glen Cemetery, Prescott. The visitation will be held from 3-5pm Sunday at CATURIA-SMIDT FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. 7th St. Hastings, and also 1 hour prior to service at St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church.
