Marion B. Feidt

Marion B. Feidt, age 80, of Hastings, died Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Regina Senior Living in Hastings. Marion Bessie Rubin, was born April 1, 1937, in Byron, Minnesota to Fred and Marian (Stanfield) Rubin. She married Roger Kleis and they were parents to 4 children. They later divorced. She married Francis "Fritz" Feidt October 4, 1986 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Hastings. Marion worked at Smead Manufacturing in Hastings, and also for Marvin Biskupskis Fire Damage Repair. She loved traveling, fishing, camping and especially attending her grandkids events and family gatherings. Marion was a very giving person who loved taking care of people and animals. She was preceded in death by her parents. Marion is survived by her husband Francis "Fritz"; her 3 daughters, Karen (Scott) Whipple, Nancy (Darin) Zimmerman, Donna (Bob) Seidl; her son John Kleis; step children Kathy Lothenbach, John (Dorothy) Feidt, Joanne Feidt and Teri (Keith) Perhus; 20 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. The Funeral Mass officiated by Father Michael Barsness, will be Monday, September 11, 2017 at 11:30 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 15th St. West, Hastings. There will be a Memorial Gathering at the church from 9:30 until 11:30 am.
