Crothers, Marilyn Y.Age 75 of Hastings. Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and friend to all. Born in Flint Michigan, a long time resident of Camarillo California, past away surrounded by family Nov 2, 2007. Preceded in death by husband, Frank; son, Mark. Survived by daughter, Stephanie (Dale) Miller; son, Tim (Nancy) Crothers; 8 Grandchildren, Dawn, Deanna, Daisey, Rhiannon, Roxanne, Natalie, Alex and Madison; 8 Great Grandchildren; sister, Elaine (Larry) Davies and brother, Vaughn (Inga) Filkins. Marilyn touched all that knew her with love, humor and generosity. Marilyn had a number of careers, one as a successful Real Estate Broker in Camarillo California. In her retirement she discovered a new career as a Victims Advocate for the Ventura County District Attorney, she ensured the safety of abused women. Marilyn will be missed by all that knew her. Special thanks to Elaine her sister and the Allina Hospice team. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, November 17th, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Hastings 615 West 15th Street, Hastings MN.
