Age 79 of Minneapolis, born January 31, 1931 in St. Paul , MN to Fred and Nellie Strobel, passed away October 4, 2010. Preceded in death by sister, Loretta Jilk. Survived by husband, Joseph; sister, Helen (Lowell) Carlen; 9 nieces and nephews, family and friends. Visitation 2-5 PM, TODAY, October 10 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. and also one half hour before the mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Monday, October 11, 2010 at Church of St. Helena, 3201 E 43rd St., Mpls. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
