Age 68, of Apple Valley, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2012. Preceded in death by her parents; and granddaughter, Alexandria. Survived by loving husband of 47 years, David; children, Deborah (Ron), C. Pierce, David, Carmen (Mason) and Brian; 7 grandchildren, Easton, Enya, Sam, Melina, Nathan, Anna and Calvin; sister, Isabel (Richard) Muniz “Chavela”; extended family; nieces, nephews and friends. Maria was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. Her infectious smile and giving heart will be missed dearly. Maria’s memorial service will be held on Friday, July 27 at 11 AM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th & Garrett Ave., Apple Valley with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
