Melin, Marguerite E. (nee Morrill, Olson) “Muggs”
age 85, of Apple Valley, formerly of Burnsville, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2010 surrounded by family and loved ones. Preceded in death by husbands, Clement Floyd Olson and Robert C. “Bob” Melin, parents and a brother. Survived by 3 daughters, Wendy (Roger) Schumacher, Debbie (Larry) Ahlstrom and Robbie (Paul) Settergren; 7 grandchildren, Steve (Kristin), Becky, Erik (Erika), Kristi(Brandon), Matthew, Christopher, and Lucas; 3 great-grandchildren, Kyla, Shantell, and T.J.; 2 sisters, Marian Melin and Alice (Larry) Hanson; and many loved family and friends. Member of Wold Chamberlain Auxiliary Post #99. Memorial service 11 AM Saturday, August 28, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th & Garrett Ave., Apple Valley with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred.
