Margaret "Peg" Heisler

Margaret J. �Peg� Heisler, age 69 of Hastings died at home on September 25, 2013. Margaret was born December 19, 1943 in Staples, MN to Joseph and Louise (Asher) Fellman. She attended Motley Schools and married John A. Heisler on July 1, 1964. Peg had worked as a self-employed hair stylist for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband John and brother Leo Fellman. Peg is survived by her daughter Gretchen (Daniel) Murphy and sons Kenneth (Heidi) and Matt Heisler, all of Hastings; six grandchildren Jessica and Raymond Murphy, Lauren, Sydney, Isabella and Sophia Heisler; sisters Barbara Anderson of Hastings, Patty Rother of Welch, Jeanne Holub of UT and Becky Smith of Staples. The memorial Mass, officiated by Fr. Cole Kracke will be held 11 AM Friday, September 27, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 West Fifteenth St., Hastings. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at church. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
