Pierson, Lysle D.
Age 98 of Minneapolis, recently of Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington, born July 16, 1918 in Minneapolis to William & Clara Pierson, passed away November 18, 2016. Lysle retired after 30 years from the Soo Line Railroad. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Clarissa and siblings: Alice, George, Richard, Robert and John. He will be dearly missed by his daughters: Diana (Cyrus) Jahanbagloo and Esther (Jim) Bergren; grandchildren, Laura (Jay) Anderson and Joe Bergren; great-grandchildren: Eleanor & Jack Bergren and London & Zia Anderson; brother, Ronald and many other loving relatives and friends. Special thanks to the caring staff of Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington and Allina Hospice for providing excellent care. Funeral service, 10:00AM, Tuesday, Nov. 22 with a visitation one half hour before at Lakewood Memorial Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis. Lysle will be laid to rest with his wife, Clarissa following the service.
