Lorraine A. Wallentine

Lorraine A. Wallentine, former longtime Nisswa resident, died peacefully on February 25, 2012 in Hastings, MN. Lorraine was born January 25, 1921 in Melrose, MN to Henry and Bernadine (Schoenberg) Stalboerger. She married Howard Wallentine April 7, 1956. They formerly operated the Totem Pole gift shop in Nisswa together. She was also a lifetime member of the Nisswa Women�s Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Howard; and her brother Donald. Lorraine is survived by her daughter Susan (Mark) Rotty of Woodbury, two grandchildren Jonathan and Elizabeth Rotty, and a sister-in-law Lorraine Stalboerger. The Funeral Service for Lorraine will be held 11:30 AM Friday, March 3, 2012 at the Regina Chapel, 1175 Nininger Rd., Hastings with visitationone hour prior to funeral. Interment will be held on Saturday in Greenwood Cemetery, Nisswa, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Regina Foundation/Sr. Tabitha Memory Unit.
