Lorna Smedstad, age 98, of Mpls. passed away Jan. 30, 2011. Preceded in death by husband, Edmund and son, Dennis. Survived by son, Robert (Dianne) of Mpls.; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Schluter of Westby, WI; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Service 11 AM, Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church, 50th St. & 31st Ave. S. Visitation one hour prior to service at the church. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
