Loraine H Carlson

Loraine H. Carlson (nee Bauman), age 88 of Minneapolis, born September 26, 1922 in Minneapolis to William & Helen Bauman, passed away January 29, 2011. Loraine was a 1940 graduate of Central High School. Also, Loraine and husband Leonard are long time members of the American Swedish Institute. She is preceded in death by her son, Bruce. Loraine will be dearly missed by her husband of 68 years, Leonard; sons, Robert (Pam Huber) and Brian (Carrie); daughter, Linda (Bill) Taylor; grandchildren, David Taylor and Diane (David) Bauer; great-grandchildren, Claire and Kimberly; special friend, Susan Roverud and many other family and friends. Funeral Service, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, Feb 1, Hope Lutheran Church, 5728 Cedar Ave. So., Mpls. Visitation, one hour before. Interment Pleasant View Memorial Park, Burnsville. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers.
