Linda D. Renkert

Linda D. Renkert, age 70, of Northfield, formerly of Hastings, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021, at Northfield Long Term Care Center. Linda was born on December 1, 1950 to Dean and Kathleen Bennett. She grew up in St. Paul, MN and was a 1968 graduate of Mechanics Art High School. She was a social butterfly. Loved spending time with family and friends. She had a zest for life and the greatest sense of humor. She loved shopping, going to the casino, playing bingo and going to the Minnesota State Fair. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Kathleen Bennett; her husband, Ernie; and brother, Darrell. Linda is survived by and will be deeply missed by her two daughters, Jennifer (Jasen) Wallraff of North Branch, and Shannon (Josh) Miller of Hastings; her 6 grandchildren, Justin (Kristina) LaDoux of Forest Lake, Austin LaDoux of Hastings, Jacob Wallraff of North Branch, Gage Miller of Spokane, WA, Jordan Wallraff of North Branch and Hailee Miller of Hastings; brothers, Gary Bennett of Maplewood, Tom (Cheryl) Bennett of So. St. Paul, Jim (Kathy) Bennett of Minneapolis, and Mike (Cyndi) Bennett of Roseville; her sister, Patricia (Carl) Olson of Ostego; Best Friend of 60 years, Colleen Schumann of West St. Paul; also many nieces and nephews. Fly High Mom, you will be missed by so many people. Private Interment will be held at a later date.
