Lester V. Cziok

Cziok, Lester V., age 84, of Apple Valley, died March 8, 2008 after a long courageous battle with carcinoid cancer. Preceded in death by his parents, Michael & Minnie Cziok; sister, Lillian Swanson; brother, Leonard; and son-in-law, John Carlson. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marion (Scudder); son, Michael (Debra); daughters, Lynne Carlson and Julie (Chris) Middlestaedt; several brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces & nephews; his fathers wife, Alice Cziok; grandchildren, David (Amber) and Sara Cziok, Dan and Jeffrey Carlson; 2 great-grandchildren, Ayden and Ellery Cziok. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church or Methodist Home Hospice. Funeral service Saturday 11 AM, Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Fort Snelling.
