Leonard L. Freiermuth

Leonard L. Freiermuth, age 68, of Hastings, passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer at home surrounded by his family on February 28, 2015. He was born January 25, 1947 in Hastings to George and Dora (Ginther) Freiermuth. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Frances Ginther, and sister, Mary Jane Johnson. Leonard is survived by his former wife, Patricia; sons, James; Matthew (Lisa); Adam (Helen); and Josh; 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter; sisters, Joanne Husen; Rita May (John) Carlson; brothers, George Freiermuth and James Freiermuth. . A memorial service will be held on Wed. (3/18) at 11:00 a.m. at United Methodist Church of Hastings, 615 W. 15th St., Hastings. A gathering will be held one hour prior to the service at church. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery. The Wise Family Funeral Home is serving the family.
