Leonard "Bud" Groh

Leonard "Bud" Groh, age 85 of Hastings and formerly of Cottage Grove, died suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday evening, July 22, 2020, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Leonard Frederick Jr., the son of Leonard F. Sr. and Ruth May (Landgren) Groh, was born on September 8, 1934, in St. Paul. Following his education, Bud began his life-long career in security services. He enjoyed being assigned to many events throughout the metro area. Bud enjoyed going for walks and taking pictures. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bud is survived by his sister, Ruth Sheilds and by special friends and their family, Cindy (Rick) Zander. Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
