Seymour, Lawrence J. “Larry”

Age 87 of Apple Valley, peacefully entered heaven on March 20, 2017, with his loving and devoted wife of nearly 50 years by his side. Preceded in death by parents, sister and two brothers. Survived by his wife, Mary Lee; children, Suzanne “Bunny” (Warren), Karyn, Tom (Terry), Jerry, Joni (fiancé Scott) and Julie (fiancé Kevin); grandchildren, Nichol (Andrew), Lindsay, Stephani, Justin, Sophia and David Lawrence; other relatives and friends. Larry could accomplish anything he set his mind to. He was forever dedicated to his family. Larry enjoyed a 35-year career as an airline pilot and his passion for flying continued long after his retirement. Larry made a connection with everyone he met and put a smile on their face. Special thank you to the caring staff at the Minneapolis Veteran’s Home. Memorial Service at 12 noon on Monday, March 27, 2017 at Lakewood Memorial Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, with visitation at 11:30am. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Minnesota Veteran’s Home Family Council – Minneapolis.
