Laura E. Ranning

Ranning, Laura E. (nee Larsen),

age 88 of Minneapolis, born Feb. 13, 1924 in Grand Marais, MN to Hans and Andrea Larsen, passed away Oct. 11, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene “Red”; son, Steven; great-grandson, Joshua; six brothers and one sister. Laura will be missed by her sons: Keith (Sharon), Craig (Betty), Bradley (Karen) and Jeffrey (Debbie Johnson; daughter, Jeannie Marcom; 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. with visitation one hour before. Memorials may be made to the Cook County Historical Society.
