Survived by parents Kim Marie & James Loren Templeton; fiance Danny Goff; sister Angeline Jereczek & nephew Aalonzo Washington; brother Neil Horner; sister Sheila (Rob) Saenz; grandparents Keith & Angeline Edick, Blanche & Don Jereczek; great-grandfather Frank (Joyce) Fedele; uncle Rex Rende; aunts Joyce (Chris) Thompson & Taren (Andy) Edick-Young; cousins Sheri Clark, April & Jeremy; also many other relatives.
