Kenneth C. Solie

Kenneth C. Solie, age 93 of Apple Valley, born Feb. 6, 1914 in Northfield, MN, passed away June 14, 2007. Preceded in death by wife, Dorothy and daughter, Barbara Griffiths. Kenneth is survived by son, James (Donna) Solie; son-in-law, Tom Griffiths; grandchildren: Robert (Jill) Griffiths, Karen (Andrew) McMillion, Wendy (Michael) Hansen, Kari (Brad) Elbers, Jill (Dan) Slade, Kimberly (Wade) Westphal; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4120 17th Ave. So., Mpls. Visitation is 5-7 pm, Monday, June 18th at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. and also one hour before the service at church. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church or Ebenezer Ridges Care Center Spirituality & Creative Arts.
