Kelly S. Phillips, age 53 of Rosemount, died suddenly but peacefully at M. Health Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville on Saturday afternoon, January 15, 2022. Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings, and will be announced later.
