Kathy A. (Wahlstrom) Kelly

Kathy A. (Wahlstrom) Kelly, age 53 and a lifelong resident of Hastings, died suddenly but peacefully at United Hospital on Monday, March 22, 2021. Kathy Ann, the daughter of Robert and Genevieve (Leifeld) Wahlstrom, was born on March 1, 1968, in Hastings. Following her graduation from Hastings High School with the class of 1986, Kathy began working various jobs until her longtime careers with Hudson Mfg. and Bergquist-Henkel. Kathy was united in marriage to Tony Siebenaler Sr. and they were blessed with four children, Tony Jr., Nikki, Tim, and Rick, prior to being divorced. She later married Patrick "Pat" Kelly on August 22, 2008, and they were blessed with twelve years of marriage and many memories. All throughout her life, Kathy loved camping, being by the campfire, and exploring the great outdoors. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and was an incredible grandma to them. Kathy also enjoyed spending time at the beach as well as boating. She was a very compassionate and caring individual and was always there for others. Kathy also enjoyed crafting, painting ceramics, and drawing. She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her brother, Bob Wahlstrom. Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Pat; children, Tony Jr. (Jessica) Siebenaler; Nikki Siebenaler (Stu Ross), Tim Siebenaler (Stacy McDaid), Rick Siebenaler (Taylor Herbek), and Amanda Kelly (Troy Lee); grandchildren, Kaidon, Wyatt, Teigan, Dylan, Alexis, Conner, Mason, Kira, Kendra, Sofia, Abel, Oliver, Olivia, Holden, Hilari, and Elias; siblings, Linda (Brooks) Swanson, Becky (Steve) Herman, Gary (Jeri) Wahlstrom, David Wahlstrom, Mary Wahlstrom (John Casey), Tom (Teri) Wahlstrom, and Lisa Wahlstrom; and by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Hastings. Interment will follow at the parish cemetery. Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the mass at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings. A luncheon will be held at 1 p.m. at the Hastings Eagles Club, following services. In lieu of flowers, Kathy's family requests memorials in her memory. Arrangements are being completed by Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel of Hastings.
