Kathalena Hope Scott

Kathalena Hope Scott, age 57, of Hastings, passed away at home January 31, 2013. She was born in Minneapolis to Adelbert and Lillian Rodewald on December 2, 1955. Kathalena married Charles Scott on September 1, 1979 in New Brighton at the Covenant Church. She was a born again Christian who loved the Lord Jesus Christ and touched many people through her love and beautiful song.She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Brogan; and brother, Burt Rodewald. Kathalena is survived by her husband, Charles Scott; children, Kristina Scott; Joshua (Heather) Scott; and Phillip Scott; grandchildren, Hailey and Avery; siblings, Faith (Lennard) Stoeklen; Michael (Judy) Rodewald; Peter (Lorraine) Rodewald; Timothy Rodewald; Joyce (Ronald) Krebs; Douglas (Diane) Rodewald; David (Linda) Rodewald; Ruth (Ted) Bramhall; Cyndie (Don) Jeter; sister in law, Leona Rodewald; and many other relatives and friends.A Funeral Service will be held on Monday (2/4) at 11:00 am at Cornerstone Bible Church, 735 East Tenth Street.
