Karl Heinz Wilhelm Urban

Karl Heinz Wilhelm Urban, 79, of Rosemount, formerly of Golden Valley, passed away surrounded by his loving family Friday, September 12. He was born April 16, 1935 in Dortmund-Eving, Germany to Karl and Ilse (nee Dreschsler) Urban. Karl is survived by his wife of 56 years; Inge (nee Zickermann), daughters; Christa Urban, Connie Urban (Carl Wirtanen), and Susan Urban (Brad Zefkeles), grandchildren; Erich and Skylar Wirtanen, and Andrew Boraas, former son-in-law; Bruce Boraas, brother; Wolfgang Urban, and sisters; Hannelore Jopp and Siegrid Nagelski. He was preceded in death by his brother; Ralf. Memorial Services are scheduled for 10:30 AM Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley, (952) 432-2331, with a Gathering of Family and Friends 1 hour prior. Inurnment with Honors will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
