Kari R. E. Watne,
Age 49 of Bloomington, born July 18, 1975 in Minneapolis, adopted and raised by parents, Westen & Carol Anderson, passed away unexpectedly at home, January 13, 2025.
Kari was very active in her early years in Job’s Daughters, Bethel #1 in Richfield and with different organizations at the American Swedish Institute. Kari also enjoyed spending many fun times at the family cabin in Lutsen, MN with her family and friends over the years.
Kari will be dearly missed by her husband of 16 years, Dan. She also leaves behind two brothers, Dan (Nancy) and Tim (Susan); nieces & nephew: Amanda, David, Taylor, Riley, Caitlyn, Sara, Macy and Erica; cousins; David (Patty), Pam (Todd) and Connie (Brad) and other family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave. in Apple Valley. Kari will be laid to rest Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Dawn Valley Memorial Park in Bloomington.
