Judith Ann Ackerman

Judith 'Sparky' Ackerman age 67 of Hastings, passed away on June 9, 2009. She was born on March 17, 1942 in Minneapolis, MN to Clifford & Catherine Ostrem. Judith married Wesley Ackerman on September 12, 1964 in Minneapolis. She is preceded in death by her father, Clifford; and son, Mark. She is survived by her husband Wes; children, Lisa (Doran) Brahee of Cologne, MN; Steve (Jennifer) of Belle Plaine, MN; Eric (Alicia) of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Nate; Ashleigh; Schlandor; Taylor; Tatum; Paige; Devon; mother, Catherine Ostrem of Minneapolis; sister, Karen (Dan) Garrity of Bloomington; brother, Michael (Eileen) Ostrem of Minneapolis; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service officiated by Fr. Jim Perkl, was held Saturday (6/13) at 2:00 P.M. at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings. Wise Family Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
