Joyce Recer, age 69, of Hastings, passed away on October 1, 2017 peacefully with family by her side. Joyce was born in Minneapolis, MN to Ed & Mary Galvin. She is survived by son, Mike Recer; son, Charlie Recer (Shelly); siblings, Dennis Galvin; Mary Etta Schaffler (Roger); Tom Galvin (Dee); Kevin Galvin (Teresa); Joan Heider (Mark); and her grandkids. She was preceded in death by Ed & Mary Galvin; Sue Galvin and Tim Recer.
