Joyce Evangeline Limburg

Joyce (Gronseth) Limburg, age 93, of Apple Valley, passed away October 10, 2015. She was born in Minneapolis, MN to Rev. James R. and Julia (Grandstrand) Gronseth. She attended Washburn High School and graduated from Augsburg College in 1944. She was a teacher in Iowa for 26 years, before moving back to Apple Valley in 1999. She was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings, along with her husband, Sherman Limburg. She is survived by daughters, Mary (Paul) Sublett and Julie; son, Speed; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11 AM, October 14, 2015, with visitation 1 hour prior at Apple Valley Baptist Church, 964 Garden View Drive, Apple Valley. Interment will be at Pleasant View cemetery in Aplington, IA at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 16, 2015.
