John "Jack" C. Ritter

John C “Jack” Ritter, age 78 of Minneapolis, born February 12, 1930, in Graceville, MN passed away November 25, 2008. Jack is preceded in death by parents, John J. Ritter and Amelia Muehlbauer Ritter; brothers Ambrose, Lawrence, Leroy, and Charles; and sisters Lorraine Dingman, Marcella Mallin, and Jeanet Blethen. He is survived by wife, Mary; children: Kaarn (John) Spencer, John Ritter, and Amy Ritter; step-son, Peter (Dana) Mullin; grandchildren: Troy, John, Alex and Matthew; brothers Luverne and Marvin; sisters Carol (Bill) Townsend, Marilyn Hoganson, and Bonnie (Joe) Cain; and many other family and friends. Visitation is 1 – 4 PM, with prayers at 3PM, Sunday, November 30 at Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Minneapolis and also one hour before Mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Monday, December 1, 2008, at the Church of St. Helena , 3204 E 43rd St., Minneapolis. Interment to follow at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
