John H. Selover “Jack”
Age 84 of Minneapolis, born Dec. 18, 1934 in Minneapolis to Harvey and Edna Selover, passed away April 20, 2019. Jack served in the USMC at the end of the Korean War. He also enjoyed being a member of the Minnehaha Masonic Lodge, #165 AF & AM, Scottish Rite, OES and Zurah Shrine where he received the Legion of Honor and BASC. Jack will be dearly missed by his nieces: Jana Almendinger, Jolene (Terry) Baillargeon and Kristen Page; step-children: Elizabeth Collins, Lyann Rose and Diane Hadaller as well as many other friends and family. He was preceded in death by his brother, William and special friend, Shirley Crabtree. A masonic, OES and memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, May 3, 2019 with a visitation one hour before at Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. Jack will be laid to rest at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials to Minnehaha Food Bank.
