John G. “Jack” Kosek
Age 94 of Minnetonka, formerly of South Minneapolis, born June 3, 1920 in Glencoe, MN to Adolph and Annie Kosek, passed away November 12, 2014. He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise. Jack will be dearly missed by several nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service, 1:00pm, Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014 at Bethlehem Covenant Ch., 3141 43rd Ave. S., Mpls. with visitation one hour before. Jack will be laid to rest with his wife, Louise at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church.

Visitation will be from Noon to 1:00pm before the service.
