John A Polak

John A. Polak age 85 of Minneapolis. John served in the U S Army during WWII. He is preceded in death by his wife, Deloris. John will be missed by daughter, Susan Fahimi; son, Thomas (Dorothy); grandchildren: John, Joseph and Jennifer; brother, Joe; sisters: Betty Krueger, Judy Marrs, Theresa Ream, Eleanor Bateman and many other family and friends. Funeral service, 2:00 pm, Friday, March 11, 2011 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. Visitation one hour before. John will be laid to rest with his wife at Ft.
