Jillian Mildred Davis

Jillian Mildred Davis passed away quickly and unexpectedly on Friday, December 12th, 2025. The unimaginable hole she leaves behind is already being flooded with the immense love and care she fostered in others. For that, her surviving family is forever grateful.

On March 7th, 1986, Jillian was born to parents, Jane Kelley-Hatch and James Elliott in Haverhill, New Hampshire.

She attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu.

Jill was a devoted wife and a caring stay-at-home mother. She later became a special education paraprofessional, working with kids and teens with special needs at the Fit Academy.

Jillian enjoyed cooking, baking, and feeding any and every one that entered her home.

Jillian is survived by her loving husband, Luke, and their two beloved children, Grayson and Lincoln. She is also survived by her parents, Jane Kelley-Hatch and James Elliott; sisters, Melanie Sykes, Arielle (Landon) Wyrick; brother, Gabe (Chelsea) Hatch; and she is also deeply missed by her many devoted grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of life from 11am - 3pm on December 19th, 2025, at Starkson Family ~ Anderson Chapel, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, MN 55124.

The family requests donations to the Fit Academy in lieu of flowers - she lived for those kids.
