Age 85 of Apple Valley, passed away on April 29, 2018. Preceded in death by wife of 57 years, Marilyn. Survived by wife, Danette Malerich; children, Bruce (Katie), Carol (Bill) Lenington and Darlene (Phil Salzieder) Countryman-Jones; grandchildren, Sara (Brett), Kim, Ben, Daniel and Roxann; great-grandson, Connor; brother, Leigh (Sally); sister, Sally (Bob); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jerry graduated from the U of M. He worked in various management positions and was a longstanding volunteer with the CAF (Commemorative Air Force) MN Wing. Memorial Service at 11am on Thurs., May 3, 2018 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society (www.acscan.org) or the American Parkinson Disease Association (www.apdaparkinson.org).
