passed away peacefully on January 25, 2013 surrounded by his family. Jeff is survived by his wife, Dawn, daughter, Amy (Zach) Papenhausen, son, Jay (Kim) Hultgren, three grandchildren, Cole, Luke and Ella, and many other loving family and friends.
