passed away peacefully on January 25, 2013 surrounded by his family. Jeff is survived by his wife, Dawn, daughter, Amy (Zach) Papenhausen, son, Jay (Kim) Hultgren, three grandchildren, Cole, Luke and Ella, and many other loving family and friends. Service at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 with visitation 2 hours prior at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley, Minnesota 55124, (952)432-2331. Memorials preferred to Ducks Unlimited, Inc.
