Jean G. Sieben

Jean G. Sieben, age 49, of Hastings died February 25, 2011. Jean was born November 7, 1961 in Hastings to Edwin and Dorothy (Stull) Sieben. She was a 1980 graduate of Hastings High School and received her Bachelor�s degree with honors from the University of Minnesota. Jean worked as a supervisor for the NRCS a division of the USDA. She was preceded in death by her father. Jean is survived by her children Zachary, Mackenzie, and Brooks; mother Dorothy Sieben of Hastings; sister Laurie (Chris) Pacheco of Mooresville, NC and brothers Gary (Susan) Sieben of Frenchtown, MT and Mike (Tammie) Sieben of Hastings; also aunts, uncles, and cousins. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Allan Paul Eilen, will be held 10AM Monday, February 28, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 West Fifteenth Street, Hastings. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers are Colton Sieben, Dustin Sieben, Ryan Macheska, Danny Fritze, Luke Klemke, Wayne Swanson, Joey Fritze, and Shawn Kane. The visitation will be from 4-8PM Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 Seventh St. East, Hastings and also 1 hour prior to the service at church on Monday.
