Jason Reuter

Jason C. Reuter, age 34, of Hastings, passed away June 22, 2014. He was born in Hastings to Mike and Danae Reuter on July 25, 1979. He worked in construction, dry wall with his dad, and loved his work as an Iron worker. Jason was an avid hunter and enjoyed his time fishing. He loved his family, especially his two sons, Kalob and Shane. Jason is preceded in death by grandparents, Joe and Joyce Scowcroft; and Charles Reuter; aunt, Sandy and cousin, Brad. He is survived by his sons, Kalob and Shane Reuter; parents, Mike and Danae Reuter; brothers, Jeremy and Adam Reuter; nieces, Rylie and Everlie; aunts, uncles, and many other family members and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Father Cole Kracke, will be held on Friday (6/27) at 10:30 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2035 W. 15th Street, Hastings. A visitation will be held on Thursday (6/26) from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Wise Family Funeral Home, 400 Spring St., Hastings and 1 hour prior to mass at church. Interment St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery.
