Jasmine L Levy

Jasmine L. Levy, age 12 of Minneapolis, born April 7, 1995 in Minneapolis, passed away in her sleep February 25, 2008. Jasmine was a seventh grade student at Ramsey Fine Arts School in Minneapolis. Jasmine is survived by her mom, Andrea Alonzo and boyfriend CuCleono Johnson; dad, John Levy, Jr.; sisters, Danielle and Sierra Levy; grandparents: Cheryl (Rick) Frazier, Ron (Sue) Alonzo and Carol & John Levy, Sr.; great-grandma, Ethelyn Alonzo; aunts and uncles: Kenneth Rask, Jr., Michael and Dustin Alonzo, Melanie (Layne) LaFrombois and Timothy (Karna) Levy; great-uncle, Alan M. Boldt; great-aunt, Marianne Alonzo; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Visitation is 1- 5 pm, Sunday, March 2, 2008 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls, and also one hour before the service at church. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Monday, March 3, 2008 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 720 13th Ave. S., Minneapolis. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
