Janina Lewandowski, age 99 of Denmark Township died Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at her home. Janina was born in Wuschwitz, Germany on December 16, 1914 to Wladyslaw and Wladyslawa (Styoznska) Urbaniak. She married Antoni Lewandowski, and he preceded her in death August 31, 1993. Janina is survived by her three children Antoni B. (Sharon) Lewandowski, Jerry Lewandowski and Zdzislaw "Jim" (Judy) Lewandowski; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; sisters Helena Gorniak and Jadwiga Jozala; brothers Mieczyslaw Urbaniak, Kazimierz Urbaniak; also nieces and nephew. The Funeral Mass, officiated by Fr. Jim Loiacono will be held 11 AM Monday, September 29 at the Church of St. Casimir, 934 Geranium Ave. East; St. Paul, MN 55106. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at church. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Cemetery, Hastings.
