Janice Ann LaGuire, 70, of Apple Valley, passed away Saturday surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 24, 1941 in Owosso, Michigan to Harvey Wayne and Lydia (nee Chrest) Nolph. Janice is survived by her husband Michael, children Cheryl (Dwayne) Johnson, Michael (Gregg Hatleli) LaGuire, and Susan (Jeff) Shambre, grandchildren Matthew and Timothy Johnson, Lindsey and Lauren Shambre, sisters Sally (Duane) Schultz, Kay (Ron) Caris, Becky (Ed) Saunders, and Robin Simmet, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Harvey Wayne Nolph, Jr. and her parents. Janice was a devoted Military wife and a loving Mother and Grandmother. She lived out her love for the LORD through her beautiful voice in the Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church choir and other church ministries. Janice will be forever loved and treasured by her family and all who knew her. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 AM Wednesday, February 15 at Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church, 700 Wesley Lane, Mendota Heights. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday, February 14 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley (952) 432-2331 and 10-11 AM Wednesday at the church. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
