James P. Tix

James P. Tix, age 71, of Hastings died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 22nd. He was preceded in death by his parents Matty and Ceal (Schanus) Tix. He is survived by his wife Marlene (Loesch) of Hastings, children Debby (Dan) Tix of Hastings, Pam (Bob) Strong of Buffalo, MN, Nancy (Paul )Alitz of Hastings, Terry Tix of Hastings Kathy (Dave) Anderson of Hastings. He is also survived by grandchildren Jeremy Kittleson, Chad Johnson, Jessica Grossman, Katie Kellie Roosen, Ashley Emily Alitz; great grandchildren Emma, Madison Jonathon Kittleson, Courtney Johnson, Dylan Anderson and Sophia Grossman; a sister Sharon Tix and 4 brothers Gene, Matt, Tom Ron Tix. Funeral services for James Tix will be Saturday, December 29th at 10 AM at ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH; 2035 W. 15th St., Hastings. A visitation will be held Friday, December 28th from 4-8 PM ALSO AT ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CHURCH and also for 1 hour prior to the funeral on Saturday.
